What exactly is The WellFit Method?

The WellFit Method™ is a personalised body and lifestyle transformation programme designed to help busy professionals make practical and sustainable lifestyle changes.

Whether you are looking to lose fat, tone up or get stronger, everything is tailored to your fitness abilities, taste buds, dietary restrictions and time limitations.

As well as taking care of your body, the WellFit Method teaches you how to create habits to improve your sleep, manage stress and quieten your mind, for a full lifestyle transformation.

Our certified coaches are with you every step of the way to keep you accountable, motivated and on track to achieving your goals.

How does online coaching work?

We will have an initial strategy call to set out your goals and put a plan in place to achieve them. Your workouts will be hosted on our Fitness App with video demonstrations for every exercise, along with guidance. All the education videos and documents will be hosted on The WellFit Method Academy. You will have access to your coaches through In-App Messaging, Emails, Calls and Check-ins. We will virtually be with you every step of the way.

Do I have to start right away?

Most people want to start straight away, but if you want to wait a while, you have up to 3 months after purchase to redeem.

How much interaction will I have with "real people"?

You will have plenty of interaction with your Accountability Coach, through calls, messages and check-ins. You also have access to our Members Only Facebook Group where you can chat with other like minded people on the plan. 

I've no workout equipment, do I need a gym?

No, you do not need a gym. Each person gets their own tailored workout plan, so we work with whatever you have available. If you have access to a gym, great. If you have equipment, great. But if you don’t, don’t worry. A lot of people who have completed this plan had no equipment either.

Can online coaching really get me results?

Is there a contract or minimum time period that I need to commit to?

We don’t believe in quick fixes. This is a 12 week plan but once you have completed the 12 weeks you should have the knowledge and capability to go it alone if you wish. Although we will still be here to help if you need it.

I haven't trained in a long time (months, years)..Can this work for me?

Yes! Getting started is the hardest part. If you are returning to fitness, make sure to complete the exercises at your own pace. Always consult with your doctor before undertaking new exercise routines.

If I have an injury or health condition, can I still do this program?

Yes. Once you have clearance from your doctor we can modify or adapt any exercise to suit your needs and abilities. We will discuss everything in your initial strategy call. And remember, as the workout plan is personalised, it will take into account all aspects of your health.

How do you track my progress?

On sign up you complete an initial Goal Setting & Lifestyle Questionnaire. Before you start the plan you record your measurements, photos and weight on the app. These are updated regularly throughout the plan to track your progress. We don’t just focus on the scales which is why we take photos and measurements too. Plus we track your progress through accountability check-ins each week, monitoring not just your physical change but also your sleep, stress and mindset. The WellFit Method truly is a 360 degree approach to your health and wellness.

Meditation breathing and life therapy…
Been working w Ant on meditation and breathing techniques as well as helping me overcome grief for about a year now and he’s helped me tremendously. We now do sessions over zoom, he started with exposing me to all different types of meditation and breathing techniques until we found what worked best for me. He took the time to get to know me as a person. Its easy to see why Ant and Wellfit have such a following.
100% accountability
Ant & Ali have a really structured approach to exercises, stretching & nutrition as part of their programme. I saw & felt results over the 8 week course, they coached me back from injury with a tailored plan & routine to increase my strength & mobility. The plan they build for me was really effective & easy to follow, all routine’s guides & nutritional help is all in one place on the app.. super simple. What impressed me most was the additional check-ins & updates offered especially on nutrition which was hugely educational. Ant & Ali’s wellfit program does exactly what it say’s on the tin & holds you accountable so you get the results !! . Loved it & would highly recommend.
If I could give more stars I would….
Just completed the 8 week couch to 5k with Ant and Ali, I have gone from being out of breath dying after just a slow jog for 90 seconds, and taking 5 mins to recover, to running 45mins without stopping and recovery in 1 – 2 mins. I am heavy man of 20 stone, so to this in 8 weeks is nothing short of a miracle. I trained 3 times a week keeping to programme and 2 of those times I trained 1 to 1 with Ant outdoors, Ant was always supportive, encouraging and always pushing me to do a little bit more each time. I watched what I ate but mainly focussed on getting fitter, weight loss was not the goal. I can’t recommend or thank both Ant and Ali enough, they are true fitness professionals in every aspect, fitness, health, nutrition and overall wellbeing but above all they are great friends. With Ant and Ali’s help my mindset and attitude towards fitness has totally changed over this 8 week programme and I am now looking forward to doing more and getting even fitter and healthier.

Ant and Ali were both very helpful with any questions I had over the 8 week programme. Great mix of strength training and cardio. Stronger & fitter while learning a lot
Finishing the program I feel so much better fitness wise and stronger, and learned a lot with all the workouts. Christmas Cracker!
Ant and Ali are the best trainers in the business and their festive fit campaign was a cracker! What really stands out is their commitment to working with me on a personal level, set realistic goals and be nothing but supportive. Metrics matter in this game and I lost 2kg and 4cm off my waist in the 6 week period but also built some great habits and strength too! Great experience amazing results
My weight has yo yo’d a lot in the last few years so I decided to sort myself out and started the well fit body sculpt programme. I did it from home as that was my preference but I wasn’t alone. Ali was with me every step for support motivation and guidance. The programme itself is really enjoyable and it didn’t feel repetitive. It’s also flexible if you need to move a workout as well as modifications of some of the excercises which suited me at the start and I worked up to the harder excercise. The App is amazing there is so much on it to support your journey. I synced my Fitbit and my fitness pal for calories and it really helped see what I was doing with my food as well as my excercise. I lost 5kg and 17cm from my body. Im so impressed with my after picture and i have to say I could see the sculpting happening throughout. Doing the programme and the support i had from Ali I am motivated to move from yo yoing to be consistent with my weight. I am going to continue now with the excercises from the app and in a few weeks see what else I can sign up for. Totally recommended

The Well Fit Method is exceptional. I’ve been doing Dumbbell Domination program for around 10 weeks now and I have great results. Lost about 4kg, dropped 1 hole on my belt and all my clothes fit better. I also feel my fitness level much better now and it gives me more confidence on my life as a whole. The program is fit to a modern lifestyle, each session takes around 45 minutes to finish and can be done with basic equipment.
