Having started working out in February of this year with Ant & Ali, I am delighted with my results so far. In this short period, my overall fitness, body shape and tone has dramatically improved. I’ve always enjoyed fitness classes but doing a class with Ant and Ali is different. It’s not your ‘run of the mill’ boring fitness class, and no session is the same. It is family, fun and laughter. Ant was one of the first people I told when I was pregnant, and he couldn’t have been more supportive. Throughout my pregnancy, both Ant & Ali altered and adapted the exercises to suit me (even when I was stubborn and wanted to do the real ones anyway!). They were never pushy or told me to stop. I found that my fitness levels were a million times better and helped me in labour and my recovery afterwards. I can’t thank them both enough for their encouragement, supportive yelling and all round good banter. They are one of the best teams in the business. Keep doing what you’re doing!!

Having recently returned to running in my 40's, I have had some issues with my knees that my physio prescribed strength exercises to resolve. I started training with Ali about 6 months ago, and since then, the issues with my knees have all gone away. Working on a regime of HIIT, Strength and Conditioning and Cardio training with Ali has improved my race times more than I had ever anticipated. Ali constantly varies the training regime to keep me on my toes and her cheerful and motivational style ensures that I get the most out of myself and the training on every session.

When I got engaged, I found a new motivation to push even harder. Thanks to both of them I lost 20kg (I am only 5 foot so that was a lot of weight lost for such a small frame) and I never felt so good! 2 years have gone since the wedding, and I am on the same weight and fitness level I was prior to my wedding and the reason is that they will change not only your body but your mind. I learned new habits and ditched old ones, I learned how to eat well and what is good for my body. The best thing I learned was to love my imperfections and always continue to improve and do my best. I have never been satisfied with my body, however, since I've known Ant this has completely changed. What I could achieve in the gym by myself over 5-6 months, I reached with Ant within 6 weeks doing one to one sessions and following his nutrition plan. Although I used to train myself, I found that a lot of the time I was just going through the motions. I stuck to exercises that I liked rather than those I needed to do. Having Ant and Ali guide me and keep me accountable was invaluable. Their knowledge and expertise are second to none, and the fact that they understand that you have to live as well is great. They actually care about you, how you are feeling and how you are getting on with your plan. Life before the WellFit Method involved training up to 5 days a week and even twice a day sometimes, but I still wasn't losing the weight I wanted. Then I was introduced to Ant and Ali, and everything changed from there. At the start, I resisted change a tiny bit as I always thought I needed to train long and hard, but the guys showed me that this is not the case. We monitored my calories for a few weeks, which was the real game-changer for me. When I combined their personalised workouts and meal suggestions, the weight just fell off. During the program, I lost 8kg and 10cm off my hips while still eating the foods I love but of course in moderation!
